I’ve lived the life you’re living.

I raised four children while building a career, going back to school, navigating major transitions, all while carrying the invisible mental load that too many women carry quietly. I wasn’t short on information…I was short on implementation.

I didn’t need another hype session. I needed a system. One that worked inside my real life, not just in theory.
