You’re doing everything…except living the life you want.

You’re doing everything…except living the life you want.

You’re responsible. You show up. You handle what needs to be handled. But somewhere along the way, your needs got pushed to the bottom of your own list.

  • You’re busy, but unfulfilled.
  • Productive, but disconnected.
  • Capable, but constantly tired.
  • Something still feels off.

I help brilliant, capable women who are overbooked, overscheduled, and overwhelmed, reclaim their time, energy, and confidence so they can stop putting themselves last, and Become an Actor in their own lives.

But first, you need clarity about what’s actually draining you.

Take my diagnostic quiz to discover what’s quietly draining your brilliance and keeping you feeling stuck.

I get it Sisterfriend...

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re doing everything you’re supposed to be doing.

You’re responsible. Capable. Reliable.

You show up for your family, your career, your commitments. And somehow, your goals keep getting pushed to the back burner.

I know that life because I lived it…

I raised four children while building a career, returning to school, and carrying the invisible mental load that so many women carry every day. I learned early how to be strong, dependable, and resilient, even when I was exhausted and running on empty.

And what I learned is this:

Being busy doesn’t mean you’re being intentional. Being capable doesn’t mean you’re fulfilled. And even when life looks good on paper, you can still feel broke.

Broke in time.
Broke in energy.
Broke in confidence.
Broke in clarity for yourself.

That is what changed everything for me. And it is the work I now help brilliant women do for themselves.

Become an ACTOR

Become an ACTOR

Most women spend their lives performing for everyone else. Showing up, holding everything together, and being who everyone else needs them to be. But rarely standing at the center of their own life.

My work helps brilliant women take back the lead role in their own lives and become ACTORS. No…not an actor on a stage or in the movies, but an ACTOR in your own life.

ACTOR (verb): An ACTOR is a A Doer. A woman who takes action in her own life. An ACTOR stops waiting, stops overthinking, and stops putting herself last. An ACTOR takes intentional daily action to accomplish her goals and live the life she really wants and deserve.

When you’re ready for more than insight…I can help.

This work is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about helping you understand what’s been draining you, keeping you overwhelmed, and pulling you away from yourself.

Together, we focus on clarity, intentional action, and practical support so you can reclaim your time, energy, and confidence, and take back the lead role in your own life.

“What I appreciated most is that Tamara doesn’t rush you or shame you. She helped me assess my real life and build a plan that actually fit it. I’m doing less, but I’m finally moving forward.”

“I’ve taken courses before, but this class was different. It helped me see where I was getting stuck. After taking this course, I stopped trying to do everything at once and started taking consistent action. That alone changed how I show up for myself.”

Denise L., 47

“That alone was a breakthrough for me. Once I stopped blaming myself and started reclaiming my time and energy, action didn’t feel so hard. This experience helped me trust myself again.”
