I raised four children while building a career, returning to school, and carrying the invisible mental load that so many women carry every day. I learned early how to be strong, dependable, and resilient, even when I was exhausted and running on empty.
What I also learned is this:
Being busy doesn’t mean you’re being intentional. And being capable doesn’t mean you’re fulfilled.
I didn’t need more motivation. I needed space. Clarity. And a way forward that fit real life.
That realization is what changed everything, and it’s why I Became an ACTOR, and why I do the work I do today.
